“Fleurs” Silver Chalice (Item No. ST 120)
The “Fleurs” silver chalice is a precious liturgical vessel, finely hand-chiseled in a classic style.
Chiseling is a type of craftsmanship generally performed on precious metals. It involves the plastic deformation of the metal using a chisel while the metal is cold. It produces a relief effect, created through engravings and variations in depth.
The goblet features a bowl with a polished gold finish, while the base is finely decorated with repoussé floral motifs. Sapphire- and amethyst-colored gemstones embellish the base.
The globe on the handle is also embellished with set stones. Like the body of the chalice, the circular base is richly decorated: it is finely turned with elegant moldings, chiseled with floral motifs, and adorned with set stones.
The two-tone finish of the sacred vase gives it a refined and elegant style that makes it suitable for canteens of any style, whether they are classic or modern.
Thanks to its elegant simplicity, this chalice is suitable for solemn liturgical celebrations.
