General provisions
These conditions apply only between MARANATHA BY SOLLAZZO ROSARIO, based in Via Puglia, 74/A 75025 Policoro (MT), P.IVA 00627820772 – CF SLLRSR68P02F052Q, and any person who makes online purchases on the website www.arrediliturgici.it. These conditions may be changed and the date they are published on the site is equivalent to the date of entry into force.
These conditions govern purchases made on the site www.arrediliturgici.it, in accordance with the provisions of Part III, Title III, Head I, of the Consumer Code, D.lgs. N. 206/2005, modified by D.lgs. N. 21/2014 and d.lgs. 70/2003 on e-commerce.
ARTICAL 1 – Subject of the contract
Under these general terms of sale, MARANATHA sells and the customer remotely purchases the material mobile goods indicated and offered for sale on the www.arrediliturgici.it website. The contract is concluded exclusively through the internet, through the customer’s access to the address www.arrediliturgici.it and the realization of a purchase order according to the procedure provided by the site itself.
The customer undertakes to review, before confirming his order, these general terms of sale, in particular the pre-contractual information provided by MARANATHA and to accept it by setting a flag in the box indicated.
In the e-mail confirming the order, the Customer will also receive the link to download and archive a copy of these general sales terms, as provided by art. 51 paragraph 1 of D.Lgs 206/2005, amended by D.lgs 21/2014.
ARTICAL 2 – Pre-contractual information for the consumer – art. 49 of D.lgs 206/2005
The customer, before the conclusion of the purchase agreement, takes a look at the characteristics of the goods that are illustrated in the individual product cards at the time of the customer’s choice.
Before the conclusion of the purchase agreement and before the order is validated with a “payment obligation”, you are informed about:
- total price of goods including taxes, with the detail of shipping costs and any other costs;
- payment method;
- the deadline by which MARANATHA commits to delivering the goods;
- conditions, terms and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal (article 6 of these conditions) and form type of withdrawal referred to in Annex I, Part B of D.lgs 21/2014;
- information that the customer will have to bear the cost of returning the goods in the event of withdrawal;
- existence of the legal guarantee of compliance for purchased goods;
- post-sale service conditions and commercial guarantees provided by MARANATHA.

ARTICAL 3 – Conclusion and effectiveness of the contract
The sales agreement is considered to have been concluded with MARANATHA sending an email confirming the order to the Customer. The e-mail contains the customer’s details and the order number, the price of the purchased goods, the shipping costs and the delivery address to which the goods will be sent.
You are committed to verifying the correctness of the personal data in it and communicating any corrections to MARANATHA in a timely manner.
MARANATHA is committed to describing and presenting the items sold on the site in the best possible way. However, there may be some errors, inaccuracies or small differences between the site and the actual product. In addition, photographs of the products presented on www.arrediliturgici.it are not contractual, as they are only representative.
ARTICAL 4 – Product availability
Product availability refers to the actual availability at the time the customer makes the order. However, this availability must be considered purely indicative because, as a result of the simultaneous presence on the site of multiple users, the products could be sold to other customers before the order is confirmed.
Even after sending the order confirmation email sent by MARANATHA, there may also be cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods. In this case, the order will be automatically adjusted with the deletion of the unavailable product and the CLIENT will be immediately informed by email.
If the Customer requests the cancellation of the order, by terminating the contract, MARANATHA will refund the amount paid within 14 days of the day maranATHA became aware of the customer’s decision to terminate the contract.
ARTICAL 5 – Payment methods
Any payment by the Customer can be made only by means of the credit cards indicated on the www.arrediliturgici.it website, by bank transfer, with Paypal payment method. To see the details of how you pay, see the payment method page.
ARTICAL 6 – Prices
All sales prices of the products listed on the www.arrediliturgici.it website are in Euro and include VAT, and where any, of the Raee contribution.
Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price, but are indicated and calculated at the conclusion of the purchase process before making the payment.
The Customer accepts the option of MARANATHA to change its prices at any time, however the goods will be invoiced on the basis of the prices indicated on the site at the time of the creation of the order and indicated in the confirmation email sent by MARANATHA to the Customer .
In the event of a computer, manual, technical, or any other error that may result in a substantial change, not foreseen by MARANATHA, of the sale price to the public, which makes it exorbitant or clearly derisory, the purchase order will be and cancelled and the amount paid by the Customer will be refunded within 14 days. from the day of cancellation.
ARTICAL 7 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the 14-day period from the date of receipt of the products.
MARANATHA decides to extend this period from 14 to 30 days, so it will be possible for the Customer to withdraw from the purchase agreement up to 30 days. after the day of receipt of products purchased online. In the case of multiple purchases made by the Customer with a single order and delivered separately, the term of 30 days. starts from the date the last product was received.

The direct costs of returning the products are borne by the customer.
The goods will have to be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts and complete with the associated tax documentation. With the right to verify compliance with the above, MARANATHA will reimburse the amount of products subject to withdrawal within a maximum period of 14 days, including any shipping costs.
As per art. 56 paragraph 3 of D.Lgs 206/2005, amended by D.lgs 21/2014, MARANATHA may suspend the refund until the goods are received or until the CLIENT has demonstrated that it has returned the goods to MARANATHA.
MARANATHA will refund using the same means of payment chosen by the customer during the purchase. In the case of payment made by transfer, and if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you will need to provide MARANATHA with access to the contact section: IBAN, SWIFT and BIC necessary to make the refund, from MARANATHA.
ARTICAL 8 – Legal Compliance Guarantee
In the case of receiving products that do not comply with orders or defective, the CLIENT is entitled to the restoration without charge of product compliance by repairing or replacing the product. You may exercise this right if the defect occurs within two years of the delivery of the property and report the defect to MARANATHA within two months of the discovery.
ARTICAL 9 – Commercial guarantee
All products presented on the www.arrediliturgici.it website benefit from, in addition to the legal guarantee of compliance referred to the previous article, a commercial guarantee whose duration is mentioned on the product sheets of the items.

ARTICAL 10 – Delivery mode
The products will be delivered by express courier at the address indicated by the CLIENT at the time of order no later than 30 days. from the date the Customer received the order confirmation email sent by MARANATHA.
ARTICAL 11 – Responsibilities
MARANATHA takes no responsibility for disservices attributable to force majeure or fortuitous case, even if they are dependent on internet malfunctions and malfunctions, in case it fails to enforce the order on time tense.
