Pisside “Tabor” Maranatha Lab (art.2826)
Maranatha Lab’s “Tabor” pisside is a liturgical vase in two-tone brass chiseled by hand.
The pisside has a classic style, full ofdecorations. It is low and has a smooth finish cup in gold bath brass, both internally and externally. The lower half-cup is richly decorated with a fine and laborious chisel of wheat ears and bunches of grapes and is enriched with stones set in bright blue color.
Chiseling is a processing generally performed on precious metals that consists in the cold plastic deformation of the metal performed with the chisel. It produces a relief workmanship, made with engravings and changes.
Refined medallions with the smboli of the four evangelists and the blue stones also decorate the lid, whose knob consists of a fish.
The two-tone finish of the decorative friezes gives the pisside a refined and elegant style that makes it suitable for canteens of any style, whether classic or modern.
