The dalmatic is elegant and essential in lines, decorated with a direct embroidery on the front of the symbols of wheat and grapes and the monogram “Jhs” in gold and silver.
The dalmatic is a wide tunic, long up to the knees, used in Dalmatia and then throughout the territory of the Roman Empire from the 2nd century. d. C., decorated along the edges with red bands with motifs of red circles.
