Piviale “Gerardo” Maranatha Lab (art. S59)

The pivial “Gerardo”by Maranatha Lab is a sacred vestment handcrafted in a soft fabric of pure silk.

The Piviale is a liturgical vestment of ancient origins that consists of a large cloak with a rear shield, reminiscent of the ancient hood that adorned it; it is long almost to the feet, open on the front and stopped on the chest with a class. It is worn by priests on solemn occasions, especially during the solemn Eucharistic Blessing.

The sacred mantle is embellished with golden stolon embroidered with geometric decorative motifs. The pure silk fabric gives the liturgical garment well-defined geometries and elegance.

The fit is the comfortable, wide and flowing of the Gothic cut.

Due to its elegant simplicity, the piviale is suitable for solemn ceremonies and suitable for both classical and modern liturgical contexts.

The piviale“Gerardo”is a personalized package of high liturgical craftsmanship produced in Italy by Maranatha Lab, an Italian laboratory of liturgical tailoring where originality, quality of raw materials and artisan excellence give life to handmade sacred vestments of the highest quality.
