Maranatha Lab’s “Koinonia” patena is a liturgical vase made entirely of finely chiseled two-tone brass casting.

The patena has a classic style, rich in decorations, according to the style of the 17th-century Baroque. It has a very solemn and elegant line and is made singular by the chiseling of friezes and crosses and by stones set amethyst color. The silver finish of the decorations stands out on the golden base.

Chiseling is a processing generally performed on precious metals that consists in the cold plastic deformation of the metal performed with the chisel. It produces a relief workmanship, made with engravings and changes.

The dish is entirely finished with a gold bath both externally and internally.
