Gothic plate in silver (art.122 / b)
The dish Gothic in silver is one of the most precious plates in our collection, in fact it is a real one sacred artwork .
It is a dish Gothic in solid 925 silver entirely handmade and its uniqueness derives from a meticulous and refined bas-relief .
This elaborate technique was made by master goldsmiths on the surface of the sacred cup and presents different effigies in the various parts that make up the chalice; in fact the four evangelists are represented in the chapels of handle . While the octagonal polylobed base shows a bas-relief of the “Flower of the Passion“, unlike the cup which is adorned with the figures of Christ and gods Twelve Apostles.
The dish is a product of the highest quality Artistic craftsmanship and was made by Molina , a leading Spanish company in craftsmanship of sacred vessels in silver, brass and gold .
The plate belongs to the Molina collection Sacred Artesania , the highest line of sacred jewelry in the parent company Spanish
It is analogous to the chalice gothic and pyx and together they form a coordinate worthy of the most precious altars.
