“Marco” Maranatha Lab dictionary cover (art.570/bis)

Maranatha Lab’s “Marco” bond cover is a sacred text case made entirely of chiseled and glazed brass.

The stock cover (or missive cover)is a refined rigid case designed for the classic style missal; in fact, it is made of gilded brass.

High-relief ornamental chisels frame the central evangelical scene, the Crucifixion. The four corners are enamelled with the symbols of the four evangelists. Delicate floral motifs complete the décor.

The bright colors of the enamels embellish and enhance the chiseled case.

Chiseling is a process generally performed on precious metals and consists in the cold plastic deformation of the metal performed with the chisel. It produces embossed workmanship, made with engravings and swings in high relief or low relief.

The residential cover, for its elegant and refined style, is suitable to cover missals inserted both in classical liturgical contexts and in modern contexts. It is well suited to solemn liturgical celebrations.

The “Marco” collection cover is a religious article of high liturgical craftsmanship produced in Italy by Maranatha Lab, an Italian laboratory of sacred vestments and liturgical furnishings in which originality, quality of raw materials and craftsmanship excellence give life to handmade objects and packages of the highest quality.

Maranatha Lab is a liturgical laboratory Lucanian, the result of a combination of traditional heritage of craft techniques and design innovation, as well as a place of synergies and artistic and creative collaborations .
