“Luca” Maranatha Lab (art.571)

Maranatha Lab’s “Luca” bond cover is a sacred text case made entirely of chiseled brass.

The stock cover (or missive cover)is a refined rigid case designed for the classic style missal; in fact, it is made of gilded brass.

An enamelled décor with bright colors divides the oval central part from the four corners; they welcome respectively an Evangelical scene taken from the Crucifixion and the symbols of the four evagelists, all meticulously chiseled in high relief. The back of the case is with a glossy finish embellished with enamelled floral decorations.

Chiseling is a process generally performed on precious metals and consists in the cold plastic deformation of the metal performed with the chisel. It produces embossed workmanship, made with engravings and swings in high relief or low relief.

The residential cover, for its elegant and refined style, is suitable to cover missals inserted both in classical liturgical contexts and in modern contexts.

The “Luca” collection cover is a religious article of high liturgical craftsmanship produced in Italy by Maranatha Lab, an Italian laboratory of sacred vestments and liturgical furnishings in which originality, quality of raw materials and craftsmanship excellence give life to handmade objects and packages of the highest quality.

Maranatha Lab is a liturgical laboratory Lucanian, the result of a combination of traditional heritage of craft techniques and design innovation, as well as a place of synergies and artistic and creative collaborations .

This is an artisanal packaging of value and quality made in Italy.
