Enameled “12 Apostles” Chalice (Item No. 114/a)
The 12 Apostles enameled chalice is a sacred vessel in the Romanesque style, featuring the stylized and simple lines typical of the Romanesque style, which make it suitable for altars of any style.
The chalice has a very minimalist design and is distinguished by an embossed relief covering its entire outer surface. The bowl is decorated with figures of the Twelve Apostles, while the handle is adorned with an embossed Christian Celtic cross.
This precious chalice is made of silver, and the relief figures of the apostles stand out against a red fire-enameled background.
Its all-silver finish makes it very shiny and elegant. Its understated design makes it suitable for both ordinary and solemn liturgies.
The interior of the cup is finished with a gold plating.
The chalice is crafted by Molina, a Spanish artisan workshop specializing in sacred metalwork that is renowned worldwide for the rich heritage of traditional techniques preserved by the master artisans who incorporate them into their works of art.
