Chalice in damask silver (art. ST 109)

The damask silver chalice is a precious liturgical vase made in classic style and entirely handmade.

As typical of classical chalices, the sacred vase has a slender line and is embellished with a meticulous chiselling.

The chiseling process is carried out on precious metals and consists in the cold plastic deformation of the metal, performed with chisel, which produces a relief processing, made of incisions and overhangs.

With the exception of the upper part of the cup which is in the gold bath, the chalice is entirely made of silver and finely worked with naturalistic decorative friezes.

A harmonious sequence of turned bulls and throats generates the elegant and classic profile of the glass. The circular base is also decorated with the same friezes.

The elegant chalice is well suited to classical canteens and solemn liturgical celebrations.
