The chalice cover (o ball ) is a small one round fabric with decorations made with direct embroidery with a diameter of 15 cm, used to cover the chalice , especially from Offertory to Communion.

It is embellished with a cruciform embroidery with stones and monogram “ Jhs “. A refined lace in gold edging embellishes the ball.
