Glass “Mensa” Maranatha Lab (art.2116)

The “Mensa” glass by Maranatha Lab is a precious liturgical vase in two-tone brass chiseled by hand.

The goblet has a smooth-finish cup in gold bath brass, both internally and externally. The lower half-cup is with a two-tone finish and is finely hammered with a decorative chiseled medallion pattern. Amber-colored set stones embellish the cup.

Hammering is a workmanship performed on cold metals with the hammer, in order to obtain an effect of pits and reliefs on the surface.

Chiseling is a processing that is carried out on precious metals and consists of cold plastic deformation of the metal performed with the chisel. It produces a relief workmanship, made with engravings and changes.

The globe handle is with a two-tone finish and is decorated with engravings. The circular base is also decorated with hammered workmanship and chiseled medallions. Amber-colored set stones embellish both the cup and the base.

The two-tone finish of the decorative friezes gives the glass a refined and elegant style that makes it suitable for canteens of any style, whether classic or modern.

Its sober elegance makes it particularly suitable for solemn liturgies.
