This modern brass fusion tabernacle is a sacred recessed case made entirely of gilded brass.
The Tabernacle is the container in which the ostiesand particulate matter are kept, commonly collected in thepisside,consecrated after the Eucharistic celebration.
It is conceived in a modern style and consists of a delicate two-element cross that overlaps a geometry decorated with hammered workmanship.
The door is octagonal divided in two and is decorated with chiseled overhang of an evangelical scene, namely the supper of Jesus with the disciples of Emmaus.
Chiseling is a processing that is generally carried out on precious metals and consists of cold plastic deformation of the metal performed with the chisel. It produces a relief workmanship, made with engravings and changes.
