Maranatha Lab’s “Cena” tabernacle is a gaunt canteen case made of two-tone wood and brass.

The Tabernacle is the container in which the ostiesand particulate matter are kept, commonly collected in thepisside,consecrated after the Eucharistic celebration.

Thiscanteen aberling consists of a square solid wood case and a chiseled two-tone brass door.

Chiseling is a process generally performed on precious metals. It consists in the cold plastic deformation of the metal performed with the chisel. It produces a detecting process, made with engravings and changes.

The leaf has a gold-finish hammered base on which a basket with wheat loaves and ears are chiseled. A cross crowns the decoration.

Hammering is a workmanship performed on cold metals with the hammer, in order to obtain an effect of pits and reliefs on the surface.
