Service-Baptism “Isaiah” Maranatha Lab (art. 352)
Maranatha Lab’s “ Isaiah” christening service is an accessory to the liturgy made of hand-chiseled silver brass.
It consists of four pieces: the shell (which can take different shapes), the two jars respectively for the chrysame andfor the oil of the catechumens and the tray. The jars are inserted inside a cylinder that serves to keep them still above the tray.
The tray of the suit is ellipsoidal in shape: the central part is hammered, while the edge is chiseled by hand with floral ornamental decorations. The handles are turned with a smooth finish.
The jars for oils are small cylinders in silver finish and the shell also has a cylindrical shape and is hammered.
The satin silver finish of the service makes it bright and elegant, despite the essential sobriety of its decorations.
The refined and essential lines of this liturgical furniture make it suitable for modern contexts but also for classical liturgical classrooms.
