The planet is the sacred vestment worn by the priest to preside over the Eucharistic celebration. This liturgical vestment has the same function and the same origin as the priestly chasublate,but in a different form: the planet, in fact, simplifies the often too wide forms of the chasublate.
This refined liturgical vestment is with a cruciform gold motif inside which roses and liliesare machine embroidered. A delicate Marian monogram is embroidered in the center. A delicate floral embroidery borders the planet entirely.
