Wilhelmine Pietrobon miter (item 4430)
The Wilhelminian Pietrobon miter is a precious bishop’s headdress made of a pure silk fabric. The rounded cusp soul is enhanced by precious embroidered borders both on the headdress and along the infule. Enriched with precious gold-silver floral embroideries, the miter is entirely adorned with stones set in brilliant colors blue, green, red, purple.
Even the infule are entirely decorated with embroidery and colored stones. The fringe of the bows in gold threads, attached to the infule with small golden globes, elegantly concludes the sacred headgear.
