Chalice “Filemone” Maranatha Lab (art.6085)
MaranathaLab’s c alice “Filemone” is a precious liturgical vase in fusion of two-tone brass chiseled by hand.
The chalice has a classic style, full ofdecorations. It has a smooth finish cup in gold bath brass, both internally and externally. The lower half-cup is finely hammered and decorated with motifs of wheat ears and bunches of grapes.
Chiseling is a process generally performed on precious metals. It consists in the cold plastic deformation of the metal performed with the chisel. It produces a detecting process, made with engravings and changes.
The globe knot has a hammered workmanship, while the base is hammered and decorated with chiseled ears symbols.
Its sobriety makes it suitable for ordinary liturgies but also for solemn ones.
