Chalice “Tear” Maranatha Lab (art.6617)
The “Tear” chalice by Maranatha Lab is a Marian liturgical vase made entirely of two-tone silver.
The chalice has a plateresque,essential and elegantstyle. It is a round cup, a globe knot and a slender base and has an internally smooth-finish cup in the gold bath.
The glass is externally silver finish and has the peculiarity of being entirely chiseled by hand with decorative friezes and marian effigies. The globe handle is decorated with engraving of the Blessed Virgin Mary,while the base, shows among decorative friezes, cruciform symbols.
Chiseling is a process that is generally performed on precious metals and consists in the cold plastic deformation of the metal performed with the chisel. It produces a relief workmanship, made with engravings and changes.
Its essential and refined elegance makes it particularly suitable for solemn liturgies.
