Calice uva e spighe (art. 174)
The Gothic chalice with grapes and ears of wheat is a very elegant and dazzling chalice thanks to its entirely gilded finish, both on the outside and inside of the bowl.
This is a Gothic-style goblet, characterized by a multi-lobed hexagonal base and embellished with repoussé decorations that run the entire height of the base. The repoussé technique creates raised designs of grapes and wheat, lending the goblet a richly decorated appearance.
The cup, accented by a delicate wreath of golden grains, is embellished with a delicate hand-engraved leaf motif along the rim.
