Chalice “Gospel” Maranatha Lab (art.s271)
The ” Gospel” chalice of Maranatha Lab is a liturgical vase made of two-tone brass.
The glass is in classic style,rich in decorations. The cup is in polished gold finish, both internally and externally. The undercoup is finely chiseled with classic ornamental motifs and is embellished with a setting of ruby red and intense blue stones.
The globe of the handle is also decorated with classic ornamental motifs and embedded stones.
The peculiarity of this chalice lies in the polylobed circular base decorated with chisel of classical ornamental motifs, setting of stones and embossed symbolsof the four evangelists.
Chiseling is a processing generally performed on precious metals that consists in the cold plastic deformation of the metal performed with the chisel. It produces a relief workmanship, made with engravings and changes.
