Chalice “Capernaum” Maranatha Lab (art.6657)

The “Capernaum” glass by Maranatha Lab is a precious liturgical vase in fusion of two-tone brass chiseled by hand.

The chalice has a classic style, full ofdecorations. It has a smooth finish cup in gold bath brass, both internally and externally. The lower half-cup is finely decorated with ornamental motifs that surround embedded red stones and several effigy of Jesus, namely Crucified, Risen, Good Shepherd.

Chiseling is a processing that is generally carried out on precious metals. It consists in the cold plastic deformation of the metal performed with the chisel. It produces a relief workmanship, made with engravings and changes.

The globe knot has a satin finish and is shaped, while the base is richly adorned with friezes and ruby red stones..

Its sober elegance makes it suitable for ordinary liturgies but also for solemn liturgies.
