The classical “ Renaissance” casula is a precious priestly casula packaged in a soft and lurex wool fabric.
The lurex is a particular type of laminated yarn in polyester fiber characterized by high tenacity. This fiber is metallized thanks to aluminum or silver vapors which thus give it greater brilliance and is then dyed. The term lurex refers to both the thread and the fabric obtained with this thread. It can be knitted together with other natural fibers such as cotton, silk, wool.
The casula, with a wide and round classiccut, is embellished with a Tau stolon, embroidered with rich Renaissance motifs in gold.
The classic cut of the casula and its round neck give the robe an elegant and solemn tone, refined and modern, suitable for liturgical celebrations both in classic and modern contexts. The fit is the comfortable and wide one of the classic cut .
A delicate gold agreman finishes and borders the liturgical robe and the stolon.
