Hand-engraved silver-plated brass chalice depicting the 12 Apostles on the bowl and the symbols of the four evangelists at the base

Cast “12 Apostles” Chalice (Item No. 225)

The Apostoli brass chalice is a sacred vessel in the Romanesque style, featuring the stylized and simple lines typical of the Romanesque style, which make it suitable for altars of any style.

The chalice has a very minimalist design and is made unique by hand-chiseled detailing across its entire outer surface. The bowl is decorated with figures of the Twelve Apostles, while the handle features four medallions bearing the effigies of the four Evangelists, created using the Celtic filigree technique.

The hand-chiseled and filigree work give the chalice a refined and elegant style. In addition to its subtle simplicity, this type of craftsmanship evokes a scene from the Gospel in the Twelve Apostles.

Its all-silver finish makes it very shiny and elegant. Its understated design makes it suitable for both ordinary and solemn liturgies.

The inside of the cup is finished with a gold plating.

The chalice is crafted by Molina, a Spanish artisan workshop specializing in sacred metalwork that is renowned worldwide for the rich heritage of traditional techniques preserved by the master artisans who incorporate them into their works of art. The chalice is part of Molina’s Artimetal collection of sacred furnishings.

The “12 Apostles” chalice is designed to match the ciborium (item no. 223) and the plate (item no. 224)
